Summary: The premises is getting old, might need renovation soon. The area is convenient with lots of restaurants around, of course Markham not a very vibrant area by all means, but its still very accessible. The staff has been helpful, and overall it’s a good stay.

Summary: My room is the new renovation room but a lot of the following you guys haven’t finished. The small fridge door have paint on it near my window on the wall also have paint and I thought you guys do renovation to change a little bit the washroom to make it bigger, but it’s not that’s a little bit disappointed

Summary: Rooms are a bit dated, but there are currently some refresh renovations happening. AC didn't feel as efficient and the shower stall was leaking.

Summary: This was our second stay at this hotel, lasting 10 nights. We found everything good regarding the hotel's location and room cleanliness. We especially want to thank Agnes, our housekeeper. She is a genuinely nice person, always has a good smile, and kept our room neat and tidy. On the other hand, we feel parking should not be charged on top of the room price.

Summary: This was not the first time that we stayed at this hotel but the first time that we booked and did not get the room we reserved and was not told at time of check in of the change. We were disappointed but this change did not ruin our stay in Markham. We originally booked a corner suite but instead were assigned somwthing else in what appeared to be an older building.

Summary: Our room was dirty with dust on the ceilings and food splattered on the wall and ceiling. Couch cushions had food stains on them. The bathroom fan didn't work and they were large chips out of cupboards. Staff on the phone said breakfast would be added to our room, it wasn't and they rufused upon arrival.

Summary: Hotel rooms have been partially updated. The conter top and washroom are much better than before. But the water tap on the sink was loosen so a little water leaking out to the floor. The top part of window curtain was partly broken and the friendly staff asked someone to fix it right away. I think the curtain should need updated too. If there is bottle water supply for the guest room daily then it will be perfect.
